LEAD WORK AND DRESSING

Roofs Above & Beyond deal with all aspects of lead roofing and heritage leadwork. Lead is an excellent material for roof coverings, to cover flat roofs, to line valley gutters and to cover a wide variety of connections between roofing surfaces maybe slate work and masonry, chimneys etc. Fine quality leadwork also remains highly prized for its asthetic and practical qualities.

ROOF REPORTS

Comprise of our professional opinion of what the issues are or what we have been asked to inspect. The reports include photos which help to take the guess work out and assist to interpret the wording and roofing lingo. We charge $220 + GST for a roof report of basic nature and far detailed. In some cases, a very comprehensive report will need to be quoted.

EMERGENCY WORK

A general call out fee in normal business hours will comprise of a site visit and a temporary patch job. If the problem can be permanently fixed at the time of inspection we will do this, but if not, we will tarp and fix it temporarily and provide a quote to return and repair properly. For a basic call out and work carried out within 30 minutes we charge $220 + GST, but if our time exceeds 30 minutes or further work is required, this will be discussed onsite.
